Not your average trainer
I never played a sport in my life. Okay, I did Track as a bet my Junior year of High School... let's just say I didn't last.
I was lucky enough to have an incredible metabolism growing up. I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted, with no repercussions. When college came, I would chug beers on Friday nights, run on the treadmill on Saturday mornings, and shrink right back down to size.
Physically I didn't "need" to be working out. So how did I get here? Here are just a few reasons.
Depression. Anxiety. ADD. PTSD.
My passion for personal training and healthy lifestyle choices sparked from the internal benefits that came from it. I figured out how clear my mind felt after working out correctly. That eating nutrient-rich foods helped to calm the stomach issues I thought were normal my entire life.
Sure, it's nice to look good. But to feel good? That's why I do what I do.
We've all got shit. It's a fact of life. Getting up and doing something about it is what differentiates the weak from the strong. It may seem daunting at first, but it doesn't have to be.
That's why I'm here. I will never push you beyond your limits, but I will always encourage you to take the next steps. I will never bring you down, only support. Oh, and this is not all serious. We will have LOTS of giggles.... I promise.
When it all comes down to it, you have to want the change. Nobody else can do it for you. Be the badass you know you are and do this for yourself.
Are you ready?
