6 Week Challenge // Monthly Workouts
Monthly workout programming directly to your phone. You fill out a form with questions about preferences, fitness level, injuries, etc. You decide your start date and BOOM, you have an entire month of workouts catered to you and your needs.
1:1 training with Kiri
Personal training is not only catered to your needs, but you will be with Kiri (virtually) the entire time. This package is great for someone who lacks motivation, is new to working out, or wants very specific goals met.
Join the Kiri Crew
A great middle ground for someone looking for motivation & workouts but wants to be part of a community. Smaller classes virtually, 40min max, and a definite mood booster.
Healthy Home-cooked Meals
Packages of 5, 7, 10, or 12 meals available for weekly pick up or drop off (with fee.) Vegan, Vegetarian, Keto, Pescatarian, Dairy-Free, and Omnivore options at your disposal.
ORDERS MUST BE IN BY 11am FRIDAY THE WEEK BEFORE. (Pick-ups on Sunday)
