I've been doing a 2x/week workout class with Kiri since the start of the new year and it's been awesome! She knows what she's doing and has a great personality so it's really fun. Each class is a mix of aerobic and strength training, focusing on different body areas and muscles. I'm getting in shape and feeling healthy! I highly recommend Fitness By Kiri.
Kiri is the most relatable trainer I’ve ever worked with. She understands my personal fitness goals and works around my schedule to help make working out as stress-free as possible. I LOVE the workouts. When I was injured she put my training on hold and then helped me start back up when I was safe to do so again. HIGHLY recommend.
I haven't put on my skinny jeans on in months. Just put them on and the waist is too big which is magic because I'm eating more food in a day than I have in a long time. [I feel] really good and really happy. And I feel like this is totally sustainable. Thank you!!!
Fitness By Kiri is AMAZING. Before FBK, I struggles to commit to any exercise routine because I didn't feel I had the time or interest to really "get in shape." FBK had completely changed that- each workout is around 25 minutes and I am seeing huge results, and have stuck with the program for 6months and counting. I feel stronger, healthier, and my mental health has greatly improved. I am so grateful to Kiri for creating this amazing program that can be done anywhere, with very little equipment, and htat isn't a huge time suck. Thank you, Kiri!!!!
